It is hoped that every purchase is absolutely adored, but if something isn’t quite right, please review the return policy below for return eligibility and details.

Local Pickup & In-Person Purchases:

Returns are accepted for store credit only within 7 days of purchase (for in-person market purchases) or pickup date (for local porch pickup orders)

Return requirements:

  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags must still be attached
  • No signs of wear, stains, or odors

To request a return, please send an email to sincerelysavannarose@yahoo.com with your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and your reason for returning. Once approved, we can coordinate a day and time for you to drop off your return.

Please note:

  • Returns must be dropped off within the 7-day return window
  • Store credit will be issued via email once the item has been received and inspected
  • Accessories (Shoes, Jewelry, Hats, Bags, etc.) are final sale.
  • Sale items will be credited at the price paid. Sale pricing is not guaranteed for future purchases.
