To guarantee that you will 100% love your order and to make sure that you are ordering the right size, please thoroughly read the description of each style to see how the sizing runs before purchasing. This saves the time and hassle of the return process!

However, if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your item(s), you have 5 days after receiving your package to request a return.

How to request a return:

Send an email to sincerelysavannarose@yahoo.com including the following:

- Your order number

- The item(s) you would like to return

- The reason for your return

Please allow 24 hours for a response to your email regarding your return. I will try my best to get back to you as soon as possible, but if you need to reach me sooner, you can certainly DM me on Instagram at @sincerelysavannarose !

If your return request is approved, you will have 3 business days to send back your return. Once I receive your return package, you will be issued store credit within 1-3 business days. Your store credit will be valid for 30 days, after that it will expire. 

Important return details:

- You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached. If I receive the items and they have been clearly worn or the tags are not attached, I will refuse your return and you will be responsible for paying the postage to ship the item(s) back to you.

- Original shipping costs from your order will not be reimbursed.

- Sale items, shoes/accessories, and sold out items are not eligible for return.

- If you have not shipped out your return package within 3 business days of the approval of your return, you will no longer be eligible for a return.

- Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY! Refunds are not offered.
